So payed £10 to get it today at 10:30, the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address. Now have to wait till tomorrow to recieve my parcel which I probably won't get.
- Krystal Jones Review added: 2018.05.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I watched the driver Kevin on the app while i waited for him at the main gate at RAF Lakenheath!! He never showed up! I kept refreshing to see how far he was and he never made it to me not did my parcel! I’m so frustrated with this company. Then you have to wait over 30 mins for someone to answer the darn phone. Completely disgusting. I asked them to have the driver Kevin call me and he never did. Then when i checked the app, i saw delivery attempted which is a lie. Amazon needs to stop sending carriers that cannot get on RAF Lakenheath our packages.
